ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022
STEPS ON HOW TO PROCESS ENROLLMENT THROUGH ONLINE
1. Request an Online Enrollment Form from the school’s Facebook Page Messenger.2. Fills out the online enrollment form and submits.
3. School acknowledges the filled out enrollment form.
4. The school will notify through provided email to confirmation about the online enrollment application with details about the enrollment requirements, uploading of requirements and confirmatory statements (Document Submission Form) then submits.
4. School confirms documents received and continue assesses the enrollment process.
5. Once accomplished, parents or guardians are advised of the payment options for the registration and other fees.
6. When done, a confirmatory message will be sent through email of the parent or guardian if the learner is officially enrolled.

PRESCHOOL AGE REQUIREMENTS
TODDLER: Must be 2 years before August 31.
NURSERY: Must be 3 years old before August 31.
PRESCHOOL: Must be 4 years old before August 31.
KINDERGARTEN: Must be 5 years old before August 31.
REQUIREMENTS FOR KINDERGARTEN, GRADE SCHOOL AND JUNIOR HIGH

- Certificate of Good Moral Character (Previous School)
- Recommendation Form (If no available GMC)
- PSA Birth Certificate (Original Copy)
- Examination Fee of Php. 150.00
*Qualifying Exams ARE WAIVED for this School Year.
